YoungStarWholesaleInc.com ships daily. UPS is used whenever possible, however, other carriers can be used on the request of the buyer, but it may change the pricing depending on the rate. Orders above $5,000 will be subject to discounted prices. Rates vary depending on location; contact us for further details. Before we ship, all funds must be processed. NO EXCEPTION.

ONLY manufacturing flaws are acceptable for refunds. Store credit will be given for all returns. Only the original purchase price will be given back as store credit.

Within 24 hours of receiving the products, you must let us know if there are any issues. Prior to returning, you must notify us of any returns. Within 14 days of the purchase, we must receive the item returned in its original packaging and condition. If items are not up to our standard we will send the packaging and items back to you with a email or phone call telling you of your items.

Once the return is received from you, the full cost of the product will be noted down for later use as store credits. The customer is responsible for covering any shipping or freight costs.

After receiving the merchandise, you have 24 hours to request an exchange of equal value only. Any additional shipping or freight fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Final sales are products that are offered at reduced or special pricing. The sale or discounted merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
